with cherry tomatoes and cress
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 small box cress
- 400 g cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons Lineseed Oil EXTRA-NUTTY
1. Wash and pat dry tomtaoes and cut in quarters. Cut the cress and rinse in cold water. Dry on a paper towel.
2. Stir tomatoes and cress carefully into the cottage cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Divide mixture into two bowles and top with one tablespoon Lineseed Oil EXTRA-NUTTY.
