Linseed Oil EXTRA-NUTTY
Linseed oil is a culinary classic and very easily digestible. However, the high share of omega-3 fatty acids also makes it very sensitive to harsh production methods. Therefore, our linseed is pressed fresh using a particularly gentle procedure, and always only after an order has been received. Special screw presses with low frictional heat are used to ensure gentle pressing. After pressing, it is filled directly into a light-protected bottle. This ensures that the valuable ingredients and the extra-nutty taste are retained for a very long time.

Alpha-Linolenic acid (Omega-3) 46 g per 100 ml
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 small box cress
- 400 g cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons Lineseed Oil EXTRA-NUTTY
1. Wash and pat dry tomtaoes and cut in quarters. Cut the cress and rinse in cold water. Dry on a paper towel.
2. Stir tomatoes and cress carefully into the cottage cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Divide mixture into two bowles and top with one tablespoon Lineseed Oil EXTRA-NUTTY.
